Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2026. Last updated: August 2026.

DuncanReport.com ("we", "us", "the site") is a news aggregator that links to articles published by third-party news outlets. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you visit the site.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information from visitors through the site. We do not sell or rent any visitor information.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views, referring sites, general country, and page performance). Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.

We also use Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and whether visitors return over time. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to recognize returning visitors and compile aggregate statistics; we use these reports to improve the site and do not use them to identify you personally. Google processes this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

If you reach the site from an advertisement on X (formerly Twitter), we use X's conversion-tracking pixel to measure that advertising — for example, whether an ad click led to a visit. The X pixel may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page visits) with X, which processes it under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage personalized-ad settings in your X account and block cookies in your browser.

Cookies

The site uses first-party analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, and the X (Twitter) conversion pixel may set cookies to measure advertising performance (see Analytics above). Beyond these, the site does not set additional advertising cookies unless third-party advertising is enabled (see below); if that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, you will be asked for consent before non-essential cookies are set.

Third-party advertising

DuncanReport.com may display advertising served by Google, including through Google AdSense, and by other third-party advertising partners. When advertising is active:

Advertising is not currently enabled on this site. This section is provided so the policy remains accurate if and when ads are turned on.

Links to other sites

Our headlines link to articles on third-party news websites. Once you follow a link, you are subject to the privacy policy of that outlet, not this one. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we link to.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Because we do not collect personal information from visitors, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If advertising is enabled, you can use the opt-out links above. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
